amazing location friendly staff baggage storage
the location was amazing , just a short walk to the stadium. the staff were super friendly and helpful , especially mia. i was allowed to leave my baggage after checkout , allowing me time to explore and soak in the atmosphere.
the room could use some painting and the door handles need fixing.

the location was super convenient for the stadium i loved seeing all the decorations of liverpool players the staff were so friendly and helpful they really made me feel at home
the room could use a fresh coat of paint in a few spots it was just a minor thing though

friendly greeting comfortable bed
the staff gave such a friendly greeting! the bed felt comfortable. i appreciated the parking option, as it made things so much easier. the location was also amazing!
The room's ventilation wasn't great. A slight smell lingered.

the hotel's location worked out great! it was close to anfield stadium, easy for us to get to. we could easily walk to all the local attractions we planned to visit

inconsistent shower temperature insufficient heating
The shower was not functioning properly. It alternated between hot and cold water at short intervals. this made showering quite unpleasant. I expect a consistent water temperature. additionally, the room lacked sufficient heating. It remained cold despite the heating system being on. i had to wear extra layers to stay warm.
